less players and easier to kill scavs usually. but i wouldnt "focus" on that quest. since you get no other quests for completing it, and later you will get quests to kill scavs with shotguns etc, and you could then do shootout picnic at the same time

I recommend to lower all your graphic settings and close all software when starting a streets game. You can also add some virtual memory on your disk to handle the loading better.

Check their gun. I don’t usually see scavs with weapon parts in their inventories. Or just go around and find weapon part spawns. It’s fairly common.
