Depends on which tasks you have done

Really depends what level you're at and tasks you've done, but Soap is pretty useless other than crafting vaseline/bleach, but if you don't have Medstation 3 or just aren't crafting then get rid of it. Geiger-mueller counter's only decent barter is for the 5.56x45 MAG5-60 which you need for Gunsmith 7 and 14, but if you've done those and don't run 60 round mags then get rid of it. Chainlets, since the only decent barter is for AR-15 Skeltonized pistol grip and there's better grips. Personally I'd get rid of a bunch of that stuff. And get some Docs cases and move some things into those (flash/sas drives/etc)

Just search the tarkov wiki for each item and see what their barters/crafting/quest options are and decide what you'll use or not

Either way I usually have at least 3 Junk Boxes, so you may just want to get another one. But I'm crafting basically non-stop

I wouldn't necessarily get rid of the 'useless' items. You may well need to hand some of that stuff in for one of your daily quests. Invest in a second junkbox for actual junk

Shows damaged parts and you can guess approximately how low it is

Thats actually what I'm doing, unfortunately I am red-green color blind so thats why I made sure to check if I had lost hp 🙂

I wish there was an option just to make it show the numbers of the body parts on the lobby, but who know. It doesn't affect most players so probably not gonna happen 🤷‍♂️
