You exited too quickly and got a "run through" when you left. You need to either be in raid for 7 minutes or get 200xp before leaving to get "survived." Kill a scav or 2 & loot something & it should be enough.

The AI scavs don't seem too hard, but it's been a drag as pmc. if i'm not hiding until the PMCs fight and clear out, it's likely i'm DOA. And it has a chilling effect. I quickly stopped carrying any weapons or decent gear because it just feels like being a loot pinata instead of playing

You can make a ticket in your corresponding region, fill in the form and then a sherpa gets back to you. Depending on the region, that could be very soon or days to 1-2 weeks. NA is very busy with lots of ticket right now, EU is only on a couple days backlog rn 🙂
