Those first gunshots were the map boundary sniper shooting at you because you fumbled approaching the car and made ur way over the yellow line its sitting on. As a player Scav, if you get close to the guards they will sometimes give you a warning before opening fire. This warning is them doing handsigns at you. They will give you the middle finger and point in a direction, if you dont do as the Guards tell you, they will open fire a few seconds later.
