Key spawns are a good static/hard spawn example, they are not part of dynamic loot and have a chance to appear on the same spot every raid.

Flash drive basically work the same way ish, although I have no clue on the spawn rates.

all lasers do is reduce recoil by 10% so its easier to shoot without ADS at all
infact recoil in tarkov is so unrealistic unless your weapon is ~50 vertical recoil your screen will shake upwards too much to use most sights and u wont see wtf ur aiming at

How are you supposed to kill the boss (I know... I can only get rogues to spawn if I also activate bosses, so added difficulty) ? Like... ppl do this in non practice raids, with players in the lobby... I cant even kill them on my own with no players to worry about...

helmets are armor and they have a chance to block the ammo, ulach is lv4 tcw is like 37 pen so it has like 20? percent chance to block
in addition to that all helmets and some headgear have a ricochet chance in which the helmet bounces any bullet regardless of penetration
