I give to Skier so I can afford to turn in the next multiple choice task to Therapist.
This first one doesn't matter too much, but if you take the reputation hit from skier now, you won't be able to again without having to pay his huge loyalty buyout.

Well sure, but if you want to level him up before doing way more tasks then necessary, you either have to do the rep regain or turn in one of the multiple choice tasks to him

So if you want the best rewards, turn in the first multiiple choice task to him so you can get the really good stuff from therapist next time, and still avoid having to do the loyalty buyout

Propital is a painkiller and it heals you over time
Adrenaline is the same, but its more intense healing that doesn't last as long
ETG-c is a super heal, it restores all your health in seconds
Zagustin and Perfotora (blue blood) : Both stop all bleeds at once, blue blood heals you at the cost of a lot of food and water
MULE lets you carry a lot more
SJ6 lets you run for way longer
SJ12 is an emergency stim that gives food and water for 10 minutes

PNB is a cheaper slower ETG
AHF1 stops and prevents bleeds + cheaper and doesn't delete hydration

You do know you're only leaving at worst a quest on the table right? There's not a rep hit for the first multiple choice quest anymore.
I did run through the math, and the skier -> Therapist approach is best for money now(particularly when you ignore Skiers Rep Regain), with injectors worth about 300k more on the flea vs. earlier in the wipe
You still lose about 350k when replacing the injector case.

Double Therapist gets you about 80k less for 3k xp, so that'll probably be my recommendation going forward

woods is good for the chains. streets is good for the rolers and skulls, check a bunch of duffles and maybe youll get lucky with a lion spawn
