two meaningful differences right now, on lighthouse, you wont be shot on sight by rogues, but eventually this will balance out as a similar mechanic should be added for bears on streets at somepoint...
the other one is you can sometimes trick player scavs with your voiceline since its not english and they may not notice

If you want to guarantee profit, you can always enter the cycle of scavving and offline-PMCing while your scav is on cooldown. Scavving can only make you money, you can't lose anything. Offline is great for learning maps, cache runs, and getting good at killing scavs and scav bosses. This cycle is great to simply build up lots of money while learning

I never bothered learning the cat park in interchange but I just learned weapon box looting run for it and that taught me the underground layout
