You could craft the VPXs required to craft the GPUs to do the quest slowly over time at a lower cost. The following quests have decent rewards monetarily. That being said, there is afaik no real rush in completing this line in terms of unlocks

There's some dorms keys that are exclusively for quests, so unless you finish that quest, ditch them. Duplicate keys I would see if they sell well.

Make sure to look up the locked rooms for quest items. Also, sell the toz' as you can easily get them from scavs or Jager

you get some cases from quests, others you buy/barter for. Upgrading your actual stash size is gonna be helpful in the long run, and is definitely worth it

with injector case prices going up a bit, therapist is a good choice if you're a stimholic

if you want stim case early and need to rebuy therapist rep, then it's ~1.15-1.25m rubles for keys + injector from flea.

If you can live without injector case until therapist LL4 and would need the skier rep, then he's the better choice.

but if you're EOD p2w'er, then you can go therapist and use or sell the injector case
