I know an old bug with some gunsmith tasks was if you removed a stock while it was folded and then attached another stock it would still count as "folded' but be unfolded and bug the quest

if you use the highest health damage rounds you can like 4-shot anny player with SMGs no matter their armor, if ur not going for that, then generally you want the highest armor pen becouse usually the rounds will 2-3tap throrax and 1tap head annyway if it penetrates

Woods is a good choice as a map to get Salewas
I got 2 out of 3 like that
the other one I forgot how I got it, but it was either from a dead scav/scav run

Military Camp (south part of the map, near RUAF roadblock) has a lot of medical bags/crates and duffle bags

not to mention hidden stashes; that are often unclaimed

albeit, the Military Camp is a hotspot for both scavs and players; so careful

you can luck out and find one in USEC Camp too, it's less hot especially if you rush to it; plus no scavs; but there's only two locations that spawn Salewas; on the operating table; and in a med-crate

ai scav is probably your best bet for it tbh

if you have like spa tour part 2 or sum just go scav hunting and try to get it that way

if you are using your scav to find them dont kill other scavs as it will ruin your fence rep and as such you scav rep

but yeah scav runs are a great way to get pain in the ass items like that as allways someone killing them
