One of the things you notice against a game like say Fortnite is that most of the playerbase is little kids, And ofc therer gonna want to cheat but since there anti-cheat is so good and they can't afford any real cheats they end up getting a virus or getting banned from some crummy indian cheat.
Unlike tarkov where its mostly older people with jobs who can afford to pay the amount required for cheats, Its more available to them as a option

Well they cant ban somebody off reports anyway, i assume the dev team or whoever deals with banning these cheaters has somekind of logs that what the player was doing/going/looting/moving /shooting etc so based on that if they find that a player was moving 100000km/h or was 1000meters above ground they make the bans

Well cs:go has a “community” system also that allows players make the judgment of if the player is cheating or not from the reported players POV. I feel like tarkov needs a similar system or something atleast so the “blatant” cheaters will get banned faster, and the more technical ones leave to BSG dev team

Scaving is a great way to learn the map for sure but it will slow down your PMC progression, so if your unsure of a map or where to go (i assume your low lvl so the first map is gonna be Customs anyway) then just open a map on your 2nd monitor/tablet/phone or whatever and try to nagivate your way throught the map and find the route that best fits for your playstyle

if youre in a very open area Id suggest not going slowly, youre gonna be an easy target for people with longer range sights/snipers, in very open areas you wanna run and do it fast, then regen stamina in cover or prone in bushes/tall grass

good luck, many prefer solo as you are stealthier, no need to share loot, choose what u wanna do yourself, also you might be surprised at how easy it can be to accidentally kill a teammate, or die cause you didnt shoot an enemie thinking it might be ur buddy

Well i still would say you were just hunted down since spawnpoints have been similar for couple of wipes and people remember them now already pretty well and abuse that.
And about the “silent shots” maybe its was a suppresed weapon like 100-200meters away and he was just rushing to your spawnpoint to kill you.

have mapgenie open whike you’re loading and toggle pmc spawns, when you spawn immediately reference the map and check your adjacent spawns or avoid them checking yours, and draw a line from pmc spawns to points of interest and extrapolate where people are likely to be at any point of the raid
