you should do this on pratice mode to get use to it, but in 3 story dorms, on the 2nd level, there are two rooms blocked by the Bed, in the non computer room (the one facing the other dorms building) are two jackets, in the BROWN JACKET the key you need for this quest, spawns every single game - if its not there it means someone else got it.

Each key gives you exactly ONE Chance to open a diseal truck in almost exact middle of the map, grab the quest item and get out.

I recommend you do a fake run if your new and after that, you want to be stealthy and move in the last 20-15min of the raid.

it depends on what your goals are, but having a better weapon puts them down faster, having better armor makes you last longer in a fight
