Had a blacked out leg, I was passing the scav camp on interchange(?)(the mall one) and I saw him jumping on a truck and heard him spamming voice lines. Another scav starred shooting me and the dude pushed him out of the building for me to kill then we used the co oo exfil

Another scav also pushed me and he screamed that it wasn’t him. Also saved my life because I would not have fired immediately had he not said that and prob would have died

My advice for a new player in their first wipe would be not to worry about kappa or finishing all the quests. Learn the maps and spawns best you can. Learn guns you like and mods you like. Try to engage pvp when you can so you can learn how to actually fight.

Possible, sure. Would it require extraordinary stamina and commitment to a pretty unrewarding grind? Yes. The amount of XP it takes to get from level 54 to 55 is the same as the XP to get from level 1-22. Things just get exponentially harder.

Ideally you only have to look up each item once, and then you remember. Of course no one can remember everything, but you get a good head for pricing things pretty quick if you're frequently checking tarkov-market

Avoid focusing on weapon attachments, lots of new players get caught up in those. As a rule of thumb for them, only prioritize: Sights, Suppressors, Flashlights/Lasers, and Foregrips. Use the S.S.F.F. acronym to remember. Every other attachment is most usually worth very little

-Stop running everywhere - sprinting is very loud and gives you away, it provides a lot of opportunity to ambush you. Whenever you're in high-traffic areas, be very disciplined about when you sprint. Whenever I get feedback about my advice, people say that sprinting less and hipfiring more made the biggest difference in their performance.
-Hipfire is exceptional, using a flashlight and hipfiring is a hugely important mechanic to start practicing. Get a good feel for it in offline mode and you'll thank yourself later.
-Have a goal in mind every raid, plan a route using a map and try to stick roughly to it. If you notice a route failing 3 times in a row, change your route. This makes it easier to keep oriented and focused in-raid
-Pick your fights, don't be afraid to retreat - it often gives you a better chance to hit back later.
-Only right hand peek if you have a choice. It exposes far less of you than peeking left.
-Ammo is more important than guns, but you need to know how to use what ammo you have. High damage vs High penetration is a critical difference - use an ammo chart.
-Positioning is everything. In combat, frequently reposition, this is just one of the reasons map knowledge is critical and should be built and practiced ASAP.

We’re just entering a new world where you won’t be able to run feel good guns consistently for a long time

I work in a cancer lab, I am training a detection dog, and I have a life outside of Tarkov.
None of mid game Tarkov has anything for me to look forwards to and I won't be able to grind to late game as I only get a couple games a week in, on top of that this is most likely my last wipe. So the whole thing just feels extra shit.
