so, I'm not like "new new" to tarkov, but it's taken some time to get to where I'm at, and I still struggle with basic stuff, like which weapon parts are good to grab, items to loot, and general stash knowledge across the maps as well as struggle with extracts at times, depending on the maps.
Any advice on where I should start, moving forward?
I enjoy "ratting" as it is, just crouch walking everywhere rather than running if I can help it, trying to get good angles, but I'm not great at sniping, so it's kind of a catch 22. Most of my runs are aimed at looting stashes on outskirts of a map and extracting with as little pmc involvment as possible sometimes.

You could try and make notes of what things have value and what doesn't realistically speaking what you need is just more time spent playing its not like you're doing anything wrong.
But if you want busy work I would write down things you find and check the flea market to see how its worth and just have note of it

I would say run your shit guns until you have better understanding of how the game works it doesnt really mean dick if you're running meta hk if you dont know where to shoot but yeah running around naked isnt it either just take scav gear and run that till you get the hang of it

ye nw. also in the injectors case i have 3 propital, etg, mule, sj6, and 2 zag. I mostly run labs and just pvp so the stims are good for that. if u dont know what most stims do then u can can search a vid called "EVERY Tarkov Stim Explained - Escape From Tarkov Guide". explains every stimm very well.
