so i struggled with this for a while too but have gotten better at it. im still a beginner so idk what my opinion's worth, but these helped me
- stack as many backpacks together as you can
- put items in your rigs
- prioritize putting large items inside of rigs/bags/etc (2+ slot items. 1 slot items and even 2 slot items can be fit around the stash a lot, but bigger items restrict how much movement you can do if you have to)
- try not to hang on to anything that's really easy to get like cheap attachments or mags
- a lot of weapons can fold their stocks, saves you 1 or 2 slots
- break down weapons as needed. three 3 slot items is better than one 10 slot item. take the grips and mags out primarily, and take them apart further if you need
- if you can get cases, do of course, as they're crazy compact. i just wanted to elaborate on more practical stuff ive done because "get crates" isn't the most helpful or easy to do

yeah, just too much ammo imo, you are almost 30kgs. Also, this helmet dont protect your nape, the ULACH helmet is almost same price and protects the back of your head. Apart from this, you're good
