quests are progressive, all quests early game give an average of 6k xp, all of them get u rep. there is no specific order anyone does u do whatever u feel comfortable with or can get done the quickest usually

For these, because nobody but you knows where you're at in terms of quests or hideout, or what barters/crafts you're trying to save for, you have 2 options. It's otherwise impossible to know, without significant experience or asking other people every time, what you'll need anytime soon, or what sells for substantial money to other players.
Option 1) Set a particular goal - maybe two or three hideout upgrades you want and get your list of like 5-10 items together. Sell everything else. This is the most "to hell with inventory management" approach, and you'll certainly sell things that you'll need again or could have sold for more, but you'll spend much more of your time in-raid.
Option 2) Check everything using https://tarkov-market.com/ and the info it provides for quest/hideout/barter/crafting requirements and for flea prices. Then you can decide what things you'll need soon enough, and which items sell for enough, to hold onto. This is quicker in the long run and more profitable, but is tedious.
For example, if you were checking 'Bolts' you would type it in and see this screen. You could then decide if any of those quests or hideout upgrades are close enough to save for, or if the extra money you'd get on the flea would make it worthwhile to hold onto until you hit level 15.

only counts while you’re in raid though, so scavs only see boxes that were opened after they’ve spawned as open, and if you dc and reconnect all boxes will be closed

If you manage to extract properly you get to transfer everything from your scav to your inventory.

There will always be disparity between offers for sell and offers for buy
people that want to buy taiga will lowball the price while people who want to sell will make offers that are a bit more pricey
ofc that's the ideal scenario of 1 to 1
if item is very scarce and demand is big then sell offers will be $$$$$$
but if demand not that high buy offers will often be low balled since offers dont sell that often
Dont be afraid to put up a decent offer yourself that;s a bit pricey as long as there aren't a thousand cheaper ones
like you can easily get weapon cases for 1mil
