I also used an other bullet and turns out...it was incompatible. I had no clue about that before I joined a raid and the gun couldn't fire

to own a hunting rifle you must own a hunting shotgun, etc for a few years without accident
366 tkm and the accompanying vepr series have less than 120mm of rifling at the end of the barrel which counts as a "muzzle device" not a rifling

Look up a beginner's guide on YouTube, use third party maps i.e https://mapgenie.io/tarkov, use the wiki for tasks, & start with scav raids or offline raids when you're learning a map. I recommend sticking to Woods, Customs, & Factory off the bat cause most of the early quests are there

I shouldnt talk, but I think maybe when you are starting off tarkov, factory is a good one since it introduces you to the pvp mechanics and also you will no longer have "gear-fear" when you play a couple of times.
reserve is also decent for money if you want that, scav runs on reserve are pretty chill (make sure to search up where the loot spots are and then you can make a path for yourself :)

Nothing but practice will really do you much good, - but here are some things that are just generally useful
-Positioning is everything. In combat, frequently reposition, this is just one of the reasons map knowledge is critical and should be built and practiced ASAP.
-Hipfire is exceptional, using a flashlight and hipfiring is a hugely important mechanic to start practicing. Get a good feel for it in offline mode and you'll thank yourself later.
-Stop running everywhere - sprinting is very loud and gives you away, it provides a lot of opportunity to ambush you. Whenever you're in high-traffic areas, be very disciplined about when you sprint. Whenever I get feedback about my advice, people say that sprinting less and hipfiring more made the biggest difference in their performance.
-Pick your fights, don't be afraid to retreat - it often gives you a better chance to hit back later, prioritize your survival and let them make the mistake.
-Prioritize right hand peaking if you have a choice. It exposes far less of you than peeking left.
-Learn from every death, there's almost always a lesson to learn and apply down the road

Use these maps - they'll look cluttered at first. Hit "Hide All" on the left-hand toolbar, then scroll down and only toggle on "Extractions" and "Locations". That'll give you a pretty good look - feel free to toggle on some loot options as you go
Head into a practice mode on one of those maps, toggle on some AI scavs, and try to get a feel for the map, movement, gunplay, scav killing, etc.
When you're ready - try to scav into one of those maps and actually get some loot out.
Then you can take your PMC in and try to do some quests or loot or simply survive.
Good luck - you will die, try to have fun with it.
