theres quite a few ways to heal depending on whats the problem to just plainly restore HP of a body part you need a medkit like an AI-2 salewa or others like that. to heal bleeding you need bandages and to heal heavy bleeding you need a turnekit. theres also splints for broken limbs and surgery kits for fixing zeroed out limbs which cant be healed anymore by normal medkits. the pourpouse of painkillers is to nullify the efects of for example broken or blacked limbs for some time
