You can do dailies and weeklies. You can replace them as well but it costs money and sometimes minus rep, so make sure you check that if you're replacing. I like to replace until I get a daily/weekly on a trader I need to improve rep on.

The more you know a map, the more money you can make in a raid. So dedicate yourself to learning a particular map.
If you want to guarantee profit, you can always enter the cycle of scavving and offline-PMCing. Scavving can only make you money, you can't lose anything so that's where your steady profit comes from, while offline is great for learning maps and getting good at killing scavs and scav bosses.

fence hates me because it said nowhere i shouldnt kill scavs

i avoid everyone as a scav, i havent died in the last 53 raids and i get like 300k minimum on a scav
