by default most skills start with blue arrow in in the beginning of raids it means the skillpoints are aquired with a bonus, after getting a certain amount of skillpoints the arrow will turn red and that will give give you less skill points for every skill related action performed

its in place so that theres only so much skill you can aquire in one raid to stop people from dedicating whole raids to just skill farming
