For these, because nobody but you knows where you're at in terms of quests or hideout, or what barters/crafts you're trying to save for, you have 2 options.

Check everything using https://tarkov-market.com/ and the info it provides for quest/hideout/barter/crafting requirements and for flea prices. It's otherwise impossible to know, without significant experience or asking other people every time, what you'll need anytime soon, or what sells for substantial money to other players. Then you can decide what things you'll need soon enough, and which items sell for enough, to hold onto. This is quicker in the long run and more profitable, but is tedious.

Set a particular goal - maybe two or three hideout upgrades you want and get your list of like 5-10 items together. Sell everything else. This is the most "to hell with inventory management" approach, and you'll certainly sell things that you'll need again or could have sold for more, but you'll spend much more of your time in-raid.

Night raids are 50/50 either u run into giga chads with nvgs or u run into just task runners, especially right at the beginning of the wipe it’s one of the safest ways to get tasks done without running into other players

I'd personally say the opposite, first wipe or not. Getting used to tasking and working out how to efficiently complete multiple tasks within the same raid is amazing to know. Gives you a much better advantage next wipe (we are still relatively new to this wipe all things considered)

For sure! Learning how to do tasks effectively is very important and I am a big believer in it, however trying to do that where also learning where extracts are and how to loot is not an efficient way to learn the game in my opinion

shouldnt take too long, just run the mosin while youre doing other quests and youll get there pretty quick
bring a lot of bullets to reload, assuming you only reload and dont hit any shots, reloading 120 bullets with the mosin basically will max you out on xp gain for that raid
