A lot of stuff you can sell early and find again later in the future, but it’s not really feasible to remember everything your first wipe. Luckily, even if you have miserable experience finding some item you need, you’ll remember it next wipe.
There’s also some items that wouldn’t be worth holding onto at all because they’re craft-able or rewarded from other quests around the same time you need them
