What I do on a fresh wipe or account is inspect everything from all the traders to hit level 2
Reset the game to get the quest from mechanic to find jaeger, then go do that first, which in term means you can buy the shotguns for the prapor quest, so 2 quests back to back in a few raids to begin with

Also really hard to do is the co-op exfils (PMC+Scav)
