but honestly situation dictates, plus personal preference. If you find yourself dying a lot or doing rat runs...meds in there is a good idea as they're a constant thing you want in raids.

As time and experience go on though, you learn places that have meds too, and you can up with 4 med boxes stacked with stuff, so it feels less important. Found in raid ammo like m995, 855A1, M61/62, 7.62 BP, 5.45 BS, 7n etc....you don't want to lose several mags kept in your vest etc.

For leveling the sniper skill, take something you can top load like a mosin. The top loading gives you sniper XP. I just run around & empty a stack of LPS while I'm running around killing scavs

If you're just trying to level your sniper skill I'd take in a VPO every raid as a secondary with a mag or two and just make it a point to kill a couple scavs with it. Super cheap and easy.

Top-loading also works, but I find it a lot more pricy and tedious
