Hey guys. I got my account 3 weeks ago, and now I get an error when trying to log in saying the account is permanently blocked. When I log in to the webpage it says "BANNED" next to my name.

Obviously, I am banned but I have absolutely no idea why! Have I been on a server where someone was doing shady RMT-stuff perhaps? Or been in close proximity to a cheater without being shot or whatever?

Do you guys know how to go about this, and have you tried something similar, and gotten the ban lifted? I am pretty bummed tbh, as I just got back from vacation, and was looking forward to a couple of days of grinding.

Write a support ticket, they’ll redirect you to BattlEye and then BattlEye will redirect you to BSG with proof if you’re getting unbanned.

It could be a false positive, some software injecting into your game - or you just using cheats?

Don’t say that you’re banned in here tho, get’s you banned from the Discord aswell.

Being near cheaters, being in cheating Discords etc. will not get you banned.

You probably got an e-mail that said what rule in the license agreement that you broke

So look quest is boring I hate it. I had 3m rublees. And I have this problem where I save my money and I dont like to spend it a lot. So now ima just buy vectors and go in on factory and have fun.
