alright the best way to level up endurance is to just start running as soon as the raid starts?

Endurance is leveled when you are moving under weight. Strength is leveled when overweight

You go from gaining +30% stamina & endurance XP for the first 2 sprints of each skill (over/underweight) you do each raid to negative 30%. So if you want the best XP just make sure to empty your stamina bar 2x at the start of every raid with no stopping or jumping that would interrupt the sprint.
