i think the issue you're having with tarkov is due to having 16gb of ram and being installed on a hard drive. if you want to stream i would upgrade the cpu and ram and of course buy a large ssd. to upgrade the cpu you would need to get a better motherboard, and that case will be messy to work with so i would recommend buying new parts and selling the rest but keep the gpu for a new pc
