you clearly didnt play back when the mp7 was big yes it does 40 dmg and their head is 40hp but damage isnt calculated based on whole numbers meaning even at just like 10 meters away it will go down something like .01% which is enough to make 39.996 not equal 40 this was a big thing a while back with the mp7 because ap sx does 35 dmg and player heads are 35 hp but even on maps like labs you could swing someone in the head sitting in violet from the hallway and still not kill them

I'd imagine turning the settings up for the game in your gpu settings and or in graphics settings. Should be a Nvidia control panel you can goto and in 3d graphics should be settings the graphics card for each game just have to add tarkov. In graphics settings i think it's under advanced then you find the program and turn it on max performance
