No, it’s just audio. If it does affect anything at all, it might make some audio from scav shouts or shots randomly cut out, like you might hear half of a scav scream

My pc is 8 years old now so it doesnt run great at all but really havent had any problems this patch. Maybe try switching screen resolution and see if that helps at all. And if you have done that than idk anymore.

This was from 2 years ago, settings were on medium on a gtx 970/i7 4790k, and I had reshade on, which improved the colors by a lot without impacting performance. I had ~90fps average on customs back then, and 130 in factory. Now I'm at 55 on customs with the same rig 🥲
