Second one, was Upper torso/thorax again you can see that if you slow it down.

If scavs aren't spawning for you in offline mode when you wanna test things, try going to disconnect and then exiting the disconnect menu, scavs will spawn instanteously, sometimes it doesn't if you kill a bunch of scavs, I think it goes into cooldown mode. I was having issues with scavs not spawning in factory and other maps unless I did that..

plus been times the cursed has 2 primarys and a pistol so i can carry them all easy with no backpack
