You shot the chest. The visual damage is branched off so it appears where you were aiming, but everyone knows that you were too close for the shot to be precise, and you were indeed going to hit his chest anyway. They probably should change that in the future to avoid more problems tho.

it absolutely doesnt do fuck all to encourage teamplay. you want to encourage scav teamplay? have english command prompts, be able to cooperate and actually see the name of the people you're working with to potentially team up later. having a piss poor "Han Shot First" system to ding people who have no interest or need of team ups because whiners cant keep up on their own. you're a scavenger not a communal grocery store.
or better yet. if you wanna do "Team ups" get some fuckin friends and run scav together. not that complicated of a concept.

we obviously have very different experiences with the game. I usually have scavs follow me to help me with pmcs and raiders on reserve. Seems like you either are getting very unlucky in your scav encounters or you are doing something wrong because I personally have been really enjoying the system. Hey in the end whining in this channel will change the game in little or no way

Everyone is friendly, but asshole just keep shooting scavs on sight. Also had someone shoot me and my friend killed him and got negative scav karma. The shit needs fixed immediatly where if someone just shoots in my direction I should be able to just hall off and deck his ass with no consequences.
Also I've killed raiders which give you 0 consequence for scav karma and got killed by an angry AI scav next to them???

I really like this game, and as Im a very competitive person I would like to get...
I think this is just an example of a generally unlucky situation, theres definitely things you could've done better e.g. consider that your ammo is so bad to relax and go for headshots when you know hes slowed from being hit, or dont push right side putting yourself in a disadvantage position when you could go left which is elevated letting u just look down on him and tap, but either way this just seems pretty unlucky

abusing ping usually involves pushing someone cuz u were be able to shoot them before they see you, this is just a case of lag on your end because your client didnt catch up to the server in time

this is what happened to me with an mp7 in an online raid mid battle that i wasn't recording. this was on factory offline. my left click will suddenly stop working and so will the reload fix malfunction and check mag buttons. now i know what happened that one time when i reloaded and my gun just stopped working all of a sudden.
