cant really tell what armor hes wearing but its a dark shade so im guessing korund hexrgid slick or anything good really, and since your new the best ammo you can use for the saiga carbine is pst gzh and the sks ps which both cant penetrate it and does shots that hit barely did damage
not to mention the fact that u mostly hit his arm meaning if u did have good ammo u still probably wouldnt have killed him
(different parts of the body have their own hp and only spread damage to other parts if it is blacked/0hp or the round fragments)

Okay this has happened to me a couple times but whenever I move the cursor in game when it’s stuck it freaks out and just glitches everywhere. Every time you move your cursor it will reset to center after about a frame. Yours is a bit different by not moving but it’s fine if you use a crosshair. Most people already know where center is so crosshair isn’t really needed
