I've watched it I think 20 times now. Here is what I think happened.
I looted everything and headed down the stairs (behind me in this video). I heard someone coming up the metal stairs followed by normal sound as I was coming back up the stairs. I believe right as I went into the hallway, that guy went into the bathroom, but stopped moving because there was more metal stairs. I thought it was the same guy. So, I believe there were actually 2 people there and I got killed from behind thinking it was the same guy at the metal stairs.

Slow walk isnโt as quiet as you think it is. Test it with a friend. Itโs actually loud as shit. Basically everything in this game is loud, itโs just the range that affects it really. Like a certain range away, the slow walk is super quiet, but within 20m indoors, you can hear it clear as day.
