I am 90% sure lighthouse is bugged, and dying on it does not reset the quest (it happened to me once, I have no way to prove this) so you should play it last

Why labs so soon? I'd rather say Reserve, Customs, factory, woods, Lighthouse, interchange, snoreline, labs. Reasoning for Reserve first is that you can easily get out via Manhole or Rock shit by rushing it, and even if you fail, just take a pistol or whatever and do it over and over again until you're finished with reserve. After that customs is just annoying to get out of if you get a shit spawn and shit luck. Other than that, labs should be last because you literally need to pay 300k per run so that you can run that shit on a budget.

Haven't had any problems on Lighthouse so i don't care where to put it. Snoreline has the Waterfall shit route to either Tunnel or Road to Customs. Woods is just woods, you can avoid most people by going expansion area imo (especially if you hear SVD shots). Factory is ez if you are in full gear right now and is even pretty ok (as long as you have luck that no zabralo wearing ass is coming your way) (especially easy if you have 4 teammates since there's 1 more guy in the lobby). Interchange is pretty ok since you can avoid most people by going around the mall before they can come out of it. Lighthouse is a bit annoying if the lobby just becomes American Sniper with their Lapua ammo, but that only has happened once to me.

Also since virtually noone is using Thermals besides people with Test Drive, you can go night for extra protection

If you are really desperate you can just late load / sit in raid with food and water until timer is low.

I'd recommend either Vulkan (lvl 6 helmet, lvl 4 faceshield but shitty barter (one fucking gpu)) or Altyns (lvl5) trough the whole shit

I got into my favorite Tarkov firefight with that thing (well, I was using Predators for the flashlights). 1v1 on Factory near and on top of pumping station. We both had Altyns, I had a Zabralo, he had the lvl 6 THOR. Neither of us had any idea what the other was wearing because neither of us could actually see the other. He was shooting an AKS-74U loaded with PS ammo, I was shooting the aforementioned Saiga 12 with magnum buckshot. The fight honestly took over two minutes, we were never more than 10m from each other.

Actually, it depends on the naming convention and if the distances are measured in inches or centimetres. When measured in inches the calibre is usually only displayed with the diameter of the cartridge, while calibres displayed in metric show both the diameter of the cartridge as well as the length. You could've been partially right if it hadn't been for the fact that you used calibres in metric to prove your point which all had different cartridge lengths, and would therefore be classified as different calibres entirely.
