The scar L is a really good gun at lvl 14 you will be able to buy it from peacekeeper other good recommendations at around your lvl are the op sks from yeager with the 20rnders from peacekeeper and the vpo 136 the m4 and hk are good at high levels but at low levels with the recent trader nerfs they are trash at low lvl
