Never heard of the double dmg one. Audio does have a ton of issues, but they are working on that with some big underlying software updates, never had the ESC but that sounds like it does suck. Dark scopes have been a bug this wipe off and one but they have been fixing it right? I think they actively work on bugs often.

its pretty cheap, run a diaper rig, double barrel, and a sling bag, buy the 153 4 round barrel mags, buy 20, and go run interchange, spawn in, and immediately run for extract, you get 10-14 strength gain every 3 minutes

How often do you see people?

you have nearly perfect vision for the bridge from west to east, and the entire western sector

you also have vision on the door for the power station
most raids at least one squad passes through there, and the bottom line is you'll have basically guaranteed 2 scav kills since sniper scavs spawn

also normal scavs spawn down below but they usually don't see you so you also get the scavs acting as an alarm in case you dont see them coming to power
