i mean tarkov gets many aspects of this stuff wrong, only because a helmet or armour can stop a round from penetrating doesn't mean there is little to no injury to the user. deformation and impact shockwave should also be taken into consideration

for example, even if your helmet stops a very powerful bullet but is severely caved in, you're dead on the spot

because that pretty much means your brain is caved in too
