Go into hideout, go into first person by pressing "enter", then tab to open inventory. Put the scav boxes you want to save in your sorting table, press tab, then walk over to scav case and manually build it. If that doesn't work please empty each one, one by one, as it's trying to take one with items in it. Usually the first you bought or made.
