It's done by sending the person who is trying to purchase the item into raid, grabbing a few random things, keeping them FIR and then putting the item up for barter for those specific things. its over now but you have to watch certain streamers play in the event. and every time they complete a task you have 5 minutes to claim different drops. Rivals armband is pretty rare as a drop i think
