it may seem weird, but up the shadow quality to medium and turn on some of the more demanding graphics settings. By doing that, you're shifting more of the work over to the graphics card, allowing the cpu to work harder. Also, turn down the overall visibility to 1000. You don't need any more than that.

context: me was hiding in a shack thing when my teammate went to join me, teammate gets shot and dies there
i toss a frag grenade and try to escape down the street, end up being shot at by some people on the way there
i round a corner by a shipping container thing trying to find cover and end up right in the face of one of them, killed with a bunch of bullets to the chest
killed the main dude who was shooting at me from a rock
looped around a bus depot thing and went to go across the road when i was shot at from across the street (bullet hit me in the stomach, red circle is approx area of where the bullets came from)
shot again just a bit further down the road
ducked under a pipe to try and heal myself, bled out mid way thru the healing animation
