Yup, Thats the lvl 4 armour experience. theres a handful of bullets that will one shot or two shot the avs rig and will equal death is less than a second. its more of stopping super super bad rounds from killing you

RIP ammo for 9 mm or 0.45 both are amazing and you can mod a smg to have very low recoil and destroy people.

Dang rip blackroom it was the only place safe from hackers :( I remember Killin handfuls of hackers by either prefiring them at the only entrance or just grenade launchering em. that's not the problem the problem is you get denounced for getting killed by someone who's playing easy mode with no chance of fighting back. i think it should be if you dont shoot a bullet cost should be lowered because you didnt end up in a fair fight, a shitty kind of balance but since you didnt get to use your gear like 3k extra from the wasted ammo you didnt even get to use would be cool in economy balance type shit

another thing is that this game like to stick to realism but not entirely. if you're getting camped in a corner, in a angle, by an extract or by a bush. Most likely you got outplayed. If they saw you first most likely they hid there to get an free kill same with camping. Thats why most players check every bush if not remember how every bush looks like and looks for players in them. And example would be someone camping in a bush by interchange emercom extract or sniping. Most plays are considered the easy way as a player could be anywhere and the idea of a fair fight dosnt always apply.
