Its interchange, its not the PNVs, take the PNVs to reserve and they look nearly as good as GPs, its interchanges lighting system, it illuminates the whole map and makes it very grainy, just never use NVGs on interchange ever, they dont work.

If you are planning on leveling up your chad skills (endurance, strength, health) as well as some other neat skills then yes. However, you need to use it wisely and probably run a lot of raids when one is active. They go for 200k and last around 18 hours (more with higher hideout management skill.) Pro Tip: If you want to conserve your usage and only use it when you actually raid: turn off your power. By turning that off your filter doesn't get used and whenever you want to start raiding again you can turn it on. However, this doesnt work if you farm bitcoins or craft a ton of stuff that requires constant power. Otherwise you're gucci
