It was when I killed a normal SCAV that wasn't a raider.
This is when I killed it with a headshot using my M80, and this scav's head health was 35, as per official data.

This is another headshot using the M80. But the health is 40.

Finally, I used "Igolnik" to headshot it, but I couldn't kill it with one shot, and the second headshot finally killed it, but the headshot count in the results was 1 only when I killed it.
However, if I had hit any part of the body other than the head, the damage done would not have been 40.
