The fir symbol is there because it IS fir, he got it from a scav case. The locked symbol is there because it’s a secure container. Secure containers can’t be found in raid, so that’s why it is overlapping because this never happens. The symbols are in the same place because it never happens. What makes it so rare is it technically hasn’t been ‘added’ yet.
