Just low tick rate and desync in action. Same reason nades will be silent, people can shoot 0 sound bullets with unsuppressed guns, etc

Also Interchange sucks cock the most out of all the maps since it’s so hard to see people, so people are encouraged to bring 18 nades to nade out an area if someone starts shooting at them. Just fought someone outside Oli and you can’t even see him
