Yea PSO is fine if you hit all your shots on his leg. Sometimes he’ll hit you one tap in the face. Sometimes he’ll flail and miss every shot.

I'd learn shoreline a bit and get some keys if I were you, look some guides up if you ever need the cash, most players run chadded up so I'd be careful around east wing, that's where most of the action is in the second floor, most action in west is second floor and by 301, admin is a common rotation to west wing to be safe as skybridge can be camped hard.
If you need scavs the town, the power station, and over by the swamp might have a few around, scav island ofc will have I think at least 2-3?

You can craft things without power, but you need to have them on initially in order to craft and it will have a massive addition in time. The lavatory is an exception, not requiring power and providing no addition in time of your power is off.
