EFT is the ONLY extraction shooter on the market that shows actual proof of potential increased playercount over a long period of time. The math proves it. Yes other extraction shooters get spikes in playercount, but Tarkov is headed towards a slowly increased playercount over time as more content and optimizations are added (finally after 7+years). The game has 1000s of hours more content than any of the other extraction shooters and it actually has HARD, and I mean HARD quests that will push you to your limit, but that's what makes it truly hardcore and keeps the hardcore players engaged. New players are joining Tarkov all the time to try it out.

Arc and ABI both get some spikes here and there, most likely from events or sales(for arc). But overall the playerbase doesn't seem engaged for too long with an overall downward trend for both.

Marathon funnily enough seems to flatten out almost about the same as Tarkov but with what seems to be a pretty dedicated playerbase of ~5-14k players each day. Which almost leads me to believe that Marathon actually has way more potential to grow than Arc and ABI. But Marathon's data is too small a sample I'd say, and also I'm not sure if ~8k is enough to really bounce back from. I have high hopes because of what's there, but also at the same time we have been disappointed by Bungie time and time again recently.
