i have this issue too. usually happens when i don’t give fence’s store enough time to load before refreshing. i would suggest waiting a few seconds before even opening fence’s shop when you load into tark to avoid this if it bothers u enough

Each chapter has 1 major evidence + 1 in the safe in cardinal

There is lots of steps to solve this, but my main problem was having the RAV antivirus. If he has it tell him to completely uninstall it

This happened for at least one other person and me, where when we went to the hideout the game would hang up (left side my screen, right side his screen) at the same moment and after some waiting the game continues. Windows logs show errors with the game hanging up and stopping to interact with windows. @burnt osprey
