If you mean like dusting the fan and changing the thermal paste on CPU, if you haven't done that in more than 1-2 years, then yes. Repaste the cpu only if the paste is dry already, if it's still wet, it's ok

clear the cache on the launcher, uninstall any random bloat installs on your pc, go into an offline drop all your setting to as low as possible and then slowly up them till you find a happy medium where you are happy with performance and visuals

u should use mr souer (russian twitch streamer) website. it's a lot more thorough and pretty much complete. i exclusively use that instead of wiki since wiki is not up to date on a lot of the quests

oh yea cultists can be sneaky (i think they're quite fun to fight and they have reallly spicy loot) but bd is just crazy. it's not just the fact that their ai is insane, but also because you will get swarmed but multiple of them. so imagine fighting the goons but it's like squads of them (up to 10 at a time lol)
