Last night I was working on the "Marathon" achievement. I navigated through all the locations using the passages, and finally reached the shore. A notification appeared that I had earned the achievement. When I exited the raid on the shore, there were server issues, and I just got a black screen (the game didn't freeze). After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, I decided not to wait and quit using ALT+F4. The servers weren't even letting me log in to the launcher at the time, so I decided to go to bed. Now I've logged in and it says the achievement isn't earned, but the requirements are met.

With PvE, it's a continuous chance. The AI PMCs also kinda see you through grass and leaves. So the only info you get is their screaming or loud guns.
