Tarkov is weird in that aspect, you wanna balance it but some settings in this game is super weird for exemple 75 fov you gain perforemence, usually its the other way around in all other games.

You want to find the balance here and thats the trick. But the fact you change everything and still not loosing or gain more then 60 fps tells me something is up with your settings outside tarkov.
